China Single Entry Business Visa

Overview

China Single Entry Business Visa is a visa issued to individuals traveling to China for business purposes, such as attending meetings, conferences, or negotiations with companies in China. This visa is only valid for a single entry into the country within a specified period. To obtain this visa, you must have the Invitation Letter from company/institution in China.

China visa processing is subject to consular jurisdiction based on the passport issuing authority or, for foreign nationals, the KITAS/KITAP issuing location.

Jakarta Jurisdiction : Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Papua, all provinces in Kalimantan, and all provinces in Sulawesi
Medan Jurisdiction : North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, Riau Islands, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Aceh
Surabaya Jurisdiction : East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, North Maluku, and Maluku
Bali Jurisdiction : Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT)

For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Passport is valid for at least six months from the departure date.
Applicants with passports issued outside these regions may apply in Jakarta by providing a Certificate of Employment in English confirming employment status in Jakarta.
Passport has at least two blank visa pages.
