Overview

APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) facilitates seamless business travel among APEC member economies. It allows cardholders to enjoy visa-free entry and expedited immigration processing, significantly reducing travel time and enhancing business opportunities. The card is valid for 5 years. With the APEC Business Travel Card, you can save time during immigration in 19 APEC member economies and enjoy visa-free stays of up to 90 days. However, for Russia, a visa application is still required prior to travel.

APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) is no longer issued in physical form. It is now available as a virtual card that can be accessed through the ABTC mobile application. Applicants can download the ABTC application from the Play Store or App Store to log in and access their card.

Eligible applicants for the APEC card are Directors and above, or members of the Board of Directors whose names are listed in the Company Deed. This must be supported by submitting a company profile issued by the Directorate General of Legal Administration (AHU). The company profile can be searched here

Notes:

Renewal applications should be submitted at least 6 months before the card's expiration date.
APEC Business Travel Card is valid for up to 5 years or shorter, depending on passport validity.
Additional documents may be required depending on the applicant’s circumstances.
