United Kingdom Student Visa is a document that permits international students to study and live in the UK. The duration of the visa depends on the level of study and the applicant's age. This visa permits stays ranging from over 6 months to up to 5 years, making it ideal for students across different educational levels, including elementary, undergraduate, and postgraduate studies. The visa is valid for 3 months.
While this visa serves only as an entry permit, students must apply for a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) after arriving in the UK to obtain the right to stay. The BRP will also be used for entry and re-entry into the UK. For more information about the BRP, click here.
