Taiwan Travel Authorization Certificate allows citizens of Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, or Myanmar to visit Taiwan for up to 14 days. Applicants must hold a valid or recently expired visa or permit from US, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Schengen countries, and Taiwan tourist/visitor visa.

Eligible documents include a temporary residence permit, permanent residence card, entry visa (including e-visa), or residence card/visa. Applications can be submitted up to 6 times per year.

If you don't have any eligible previous visa, you may able to apply for Taiwan Single Entry Visitor Visa

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
The applicant must have at least one of the following valid visas from the United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Japan / Australia / New Zealand / South Korea / Taiwan / Schеngеn countries / EU
Hold a valid temporary residence permit/permanent residence card, or a valid entry visa (including e-visa), or a residence card/visa that expired less than 10 years before arrival in Taiwan.
