ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is the name for Indonesian Limited Stay permit. This visa is for elderly foreign who wish to spend their retirement in Indonesia.
Notes: Kindly be aware that the eligibility for this visa;
- Be at least 55 years old
- Not plan to work while in Indonesia
- Have both life and health insurance
- Possess a residence in Indonesia with a rental contract at least 12 months
- Proof of a deposit or retirement account with at least USD 18,000
- Agree to hire a domestic helper upon receiving the KITAS.

Proof of Income (Retirement ITAS)
Proof of income or retirement benefits with a minimum value of US$3,000 (three thousand US Dollars) per month, or investments to provide the applicant living expenses during the stay in Indonesia
Home Lease Agreement
For 1 year period in Indonesia, signed by both parties, should mention the owner's name, address of the rented house, the amount of rent and attach the owner's KTP or ID
