Bank statements of the last 3 months with minimum balance USD 2,000 (including name, date of period, and balance account).

Guarantee Letter from Indonesian Citizen or Educational Institution
Guarantee letter from a guarantor, which is an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution where foreigners carry out education
Proof of Indonesian Ex-Citizenship
Documents that prove the foreigner has previously an Indonesian, as follows:
- Identity Card, or
- Family Card, or
- Birth Certificate, or
- Passport, or
- Diploma, or
