Overview

This visa is intended for foreign workers who serve as executive director or commissioner in companies owned by foreign investors in Indonesia. It allows them to live and work in Indonesia while fulfilling their roles within the company. It provides the opportunity for applicants to stay in Indonesia for 5 or 10 years. Please kindly select the stay period based on your needs.

Statement of commitment to establish a branch in Indonesia which must be fulfilled within 90 days of entrance with :

investment value minimum USD 25,000,000 (twenty five million US dollars) for stay period up to 5 years, or
investment value minimum USD 50,000,000 (fifty million US dollars) for stay period up to 10 years

Turn Over Sales Stated in Audited Financial Report

Audited Financial Report of a company outside Indonesia which conducted by global Accounting Firm stating turn over of sales :

USD 25,000,000 for Investor ITAS stay period up to 5 years, or
USD 50,000,000 for Investor ITAS stay period up to 10 years, or
USD 100,000 for Executive Directors/Commissioners of Global Expansion Company ITAS
