ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is the name for Indonesian Limited Stay permit. This ITAS is a visa intended for foreign investors who wish to establish a company in Indonesia. This visa allows the investors to stay in Indonesia and manage the company they establish.

At least 18 months of validity for 1-year ITAS, or minimum 30 months of validity for 2-year ITAS
Audited Financial Report of a company outside Indonesia which conducted by global Accounting Firm stating share ownership min. 25% or 2.5 Bio IDR in value
Statement of commitment to establish a company in Indonesia which must be fulfilled within 90 days of entrance with :
- investment value minimum USD 2,500,000 (two million and five hudred US dollars) for stay period up to 5 years, or
- investment value minimum USD 5,000,000 (five million US dollars) for stay period up to 10 years
