Proof of Descendant of Indonesian Ex-Citizen, Max Second Degree

Documents that prove the foreigner is a descendant of ex-Indonesian with maximum a second degree, as follows:

Family Card, or
Birth Certificate, or
Marriage Certificate.

Statement of Commitment to Fulfil Requirements of Decendants ITAS

Statement of commitment to fulfil certain requirements within 90 days of entrance in Indonesia :

Purchasing Indonesian Government bonds worth USD 50,000 (fifty thousands US Dollars) for 5-year stay and USD 100,000 (one thousand US Dollars) for 10-year stay, or
Purchasing shares or mutual funds in Indonesia public companies worth USD 50,000 (fifty thousands US Dollars) for 5-year stay and USD 100,000 (one thousand US Dollars) for 10-year stay
