Overview

This service is offered as an additional support to assist in contacting UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) for more detailed or specific visa-related enquiries. Each enquiry includes the initial email as well as any follow-up emails related to the same enquiry (no additional cost for follow-ups). A response is expected to be receive within up to 5 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays).

Please note that UKVI contact centre staff only provide information and are not involved in the processing or outcome of visa applications.
