Visa Reapplication with Specialist Support has specific refund terms:

You are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee if your application is rejected by the embassy.
If you cancel the application before it is submitted to the embassy, you are entitled to a 60% refund of the service fee

Please upload a scan of all pages of your current passport that contain immigration stamps or visas, from the identity page to the last endorsement page.

Bank statement of 3 months

Require physical document

Bank statement for the last 3 months (PDF e-statement or scanned version). It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase the approval rate.

Certificate of employment

Require physical document

Certificate of Employment (in English, must include the company name, company address, company phone, detail information of person in charge for the employment certificate), and

Please note that:

A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025).
A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period.

Provide the invitation letter from the Refusal Reset Session.

National ID (KTP) (original copy and English translation)
