This service is divided into two parts,
A 30-minute personalised consultation (via WhatsApp chat, email, phone call, or video call). The service include:
- Review of the refusal letter, supporting documents and previous application form
- Clear identification of what went wrong
- Advice on how to fix it
- A straight and honest "ready or not" opinion — no pressure to reapply if it’s not the right time
- Invitation to reapply with full professional support
- For those not ready to apply now: realistic guidance on what to work on over the next few months to make sure the next application is as strong as possible
Next step (if eligible)
- Reapplication with specialist support (from a Registered Immigration Consultant (RCIC/MARA) or an ex-Embassy Visa Officer), For clients assessed as eligible to reapply but requiring specialist handling, applications will be managed in partnership with our licensed immigration consultants or ex-embassy visa officers
- Reapply via SPUN’s Standard System, For client with strong and clean case & no complex background required
After the sessions, there will be 3 types of outcomes:
- You are not ready to reapply
- You can reapply now - but needs specialist support. You are invited to reapply with the support of Registered Immigration Consultant (RCIC/MARA) or an ex-Embassy Visa Officer). You can see the details here.
