This service is provided to help you go through airport procedures during your international or domestic flight with your personal VIP assistant, which will provide you with convenience and comfort.
International Arrival
- Meet the guests immediately after the immigration line (no special line)
- Escort and assist the guests to conveyor belt to collect their luggage (custom clearance will be assisted by our staff)
- Escort the guests to meet their airport representative or driver at arrival terminal exit
International Departure
- Meet the guests at entrance of departure hall (drop zone area)
- Escort and assist the guests through the security check point at entrance
- Escort and assist the guests to the check in counter
- Escort and assist the guests through second security check point
- Direct the guests through immigration Counter (No special line)
- Escort and assist the guests to boarding gate or to Executive lounge for Business Class and entitled passengers
