International Driver's License (SIM)

Overview

Driving license issued by Indonesian authority that can be used in 92 countries that have ratified the Vienna Convention of 1968. This license is valid for 3 years.

Notes: For Indonesian nationality and foreign with KITAP holder’s only. ITAS holders are not eligible for this service.

Your Latest Photo

Latest self-portrait photo with the following requirements:

Photo showing two shirt buttons
White background color
Shirt and/or hijab color is not white
No glasses
Face facing the camera
No contact lenses
Not a black and white photo
Teeth should not be visible
No edit allowed

National ID (KTP)

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Passport

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.

A Valid Driver's License

A valid driver's license (corresponding to the category of the International Driver's License being applied for).

Your Signature

Sign a white sheet of paper using black ink, then take a clear photograph.
