Overview
Documents pick-up and delivery is available as add-on of other services which require submission of original documents. This service only applies for pick-up & delivery in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) with a maximum of 50 km.
If you are in Banten, Bogor, or other cities, you can select Jakarta and other cities delivery service and select your destination city.
Notes :
- Price stated includes pick-up application documents or delivery of passport/visa after service completion.
- Valid for 1 address for both pick-up and delivery. But if you have different address for pick-up activity and delivery after passport/visa completion, please consult with our Assistant.
- Pick-up time min. 3 hours after your confirmation and subject to availability of our messenger.
- This service is provided by a trusted third-party partner in collaboration with SPUN and includes insurance coverage of up to IDR 5,000,000.
- We can assist delivery using third-party logistics for all other areas, please consult with our Assistant (insurance is included).

To be eligible, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- This service is only available as an add-on to other SPUN services that require the submission of original documents.
- The service applies to one address for both pick-up and delivery. If your pick-up and delivery addresses are different, please consult with our Assistant.
- Pick-up is available at least 6 hours after confirmation, subject to the availability of our delivery partner.

Excellent service! The whole process was done online through their website, and everything was smooth and well organized. The instructions on the website were very clear, so I was able to complete most of the process myself, but the customer service responded very quickly & guided me on the next steps, when I had questions.
