Taiwan Travel Authorization Certificate allows citizens of Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, or Myanmar to visit Taiwan for up to 14 days. Applicants must hold a valid or recently expired visa or permit from US, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Schengen countries, and Taiwan tourist/visitor visa.
Eligible documents include a temporary residence permit, permanent residence card, entry visa (including e-visa), or residence card/visa. Applications can be submitted up to 6 times per year.

To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
- The applicant must have at least one of the following valid visas from the United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Japan / Australia / New Zealand / South Korea / Taiwan / Schеngеn countries / EU
- Hold a valid temporary residence permit/permanent residence card, or a valid entry visa (including e-visa), or a residence card/visa that expired less than 10 years before arrival in Taiwan.
