To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
- Have an e-passport.
- Only for short visits of up to 15 days (for tourism, business, or visiting relatives/friends, etc.).
- Do not have any ongoing JAVES application.

- Valid for at least 6 months
- Electronic passport with a biometric chip
- Clearly shows your name, date of birth, and other personal details
Copy of passport endorsement page
Attach the endorsement pages even if they contain no remarks.
- For e-passport, this refers to pages 4 and 5.
- For polycarbonate passport, this refers to pages 2 and 3.
Copy cover of your electronic passport
- The passport cover shows the document title “PASSPORT”
- The passport cover shows the name of the issuing country
- The passport cover shows the country's national symbol
- The passport cover has biometric symbol
