Overview

This service is an initial assessment for applicants who plan to apply for a Japan Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) through SPUN. It helps ensure that the applicant's profile and supporting documents are ready before proceeding with the CoE application.

Notes: This service only covers the initial assessment and does not include the Certificate of Eligibility -CoE application process

Eligibility

Who can apply

To be eligible, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:

Japanese company applying for a foreign employee or job candidate (Work Visa)
University or Japanese language school applying for an international student (Student Visa)
Spouse living in Japan applying for their foreign spouse (Spouse Visa)
