Visa processing by embassies may be delayed due to the year-end high season. We recommend applying early and adjusting your travel date.
For Indonesian travelers heading to specific countries, providing proof of travel insurance is mandatory. This type of insurance is specifically designed to protect against potential risks and financial losses during a trip, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or flight delays.
Additionally, this insurance includes visa rejection protection, which offers coverage in case your visa application is denied. If your visa is rejected, this insurance may reimburse certain costs you have already incurred, subject to the policy terms.
This insurance provides peace of mind by covering unexpected expenses that could disrupt your travel plans or result in significant financial burdens. Travelers must ensure that their insurance policy meets the entry requirements of their destination country to avoid complications upon arrival.
Covered Benefits:
The insured is forced to cancel or delay their international trip due to:
- The rejection of the insured’s visa application by the official representative of the destination country. This coverage is only valid if your visa application is submitted to the official representative of the destination country no later than thirty (30) calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
- The insured receiving their visa approval after the scheduled departure date, provided that the visa application documents were fully submitted to the official representative of the destination country within the number of days stated in the Benefits List before the scheduled departure date.
Exclusions:
This policy does not cover, and we are not liable for any claims arising directly or indirectly from, or in connection with, any of the following situations:
- Presenting a damaged passport or a passport with less than six (6) months validity.
- Falsifying visa application documents.
- Being involved in any criminal matter.
