Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, please be aware that there may be delays in visa processing times because of embassy office closures from 24th December 2025 to 2nd January 2026.
Passport Mutation
Overview
Passport mutation is an important process for foreigners in Indonesia who have obtained a new passport, particularly if their old passport includes a valid residence permit, such as a KITAS or KITAP. This procedure involves updating immigration records to reflect the details of the new passport, which is necessary to remain compliant with Indonesian regulations.
We require you to submit the physical documents of :
- Current passport
- Previous passport
- Letter of Attorney
- Application Letter for Passport Mutation
For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.
Documents
Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.

- Please ensure the application letter also include the companyβs official letterhead.
- Please fill the spaces that is marked with "filled by applicant".
